Terms of Service

Welcome to Rejewelvinations.com (“Rejewelvinations, LLC,” “Company”, “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website hosted through Squarespace (the “Site”), and your purchase of any products, whether through one-time orders or subscriptions (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site, or by purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Pre-Owned Jewelry
Our products are pre-owned and may display signs of wear consistent with their age and prior use. We strive to accurately describe and photograph each item, but variations in color, condition, and appearance may occur due to lighting, device settings, and normal aging of materials. You also will not see images of all items we ship, as you are agreeing to an element of surprise.
All items are sold “as-is” and without any guarantee beyond what is required by law.
No two pieces are identical; minor imperfections are part of the item’s unique character.
3. Product Safety
Some pieces may contain small parts, sharp edges, or other components that could pose a choking, ingestion, or injury hazard. You agree to:
Keep all products out of reach of children, infants, and pets.
Supervise any individual who may come into contact with our products if they are unable to safely handle jewelry.
We are not liable for any injury, harm, or damage arising from the possession, handling, or wearing of our products.
4. Purchases and Payment
One-Time Purchases: Payment is due in full at the time of order.
Subscriptions: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel in accordance with Section 6.
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees may apply.
5. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances, except in the case of products damaged during shipment.
Damaged shipments must be reported to us in writing within five (5) calendar days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the damage.
We will assist you in submitting a claim to the shipment carrier; however, final resolution is subject to the carrier’s claims process.
Depending on the nature of the damage, we may require that you return the damaged product to us using a prepaid return label provided by us before a resolution is processed.
6. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, if you cancel prior to receiving all shipments in your subscription term (monthly, quarterly, or otherwise), the following conditions apply:
You will only be entitled to a refund for the unshipped portion of your subscription.
The refund amount will be calculated as the total amount paid for the subscription less the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard, non-discounted single-box price for all shipments already received.
Example: If you purchase a quarterly subscription (four shipments at a discounted rate) and cancel after receiving one shipment, your refund will equal the subscription price paid minus the difference between the standard single-box rate and the discounted rate for the shipment received.
7. Curation Disclaimer
We will make reasonable efforts to curate each box to match your preferences; however, you acknowledge and agree that selection is subjective and may not perfectly align with your expectations.
We are in the process of developing a “Rejewelvinations” community where customers may exchange or showcase items with others, but participation is voluntary and outside the scope of this Agreement.
We do not endorse, oversee, or guarantee the safety, quality, or outcome of any exchanges or interactions within such community spaces.
8. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier once the shipment leaves our facility.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Except as specifically provided in Section 5 (Damaged Shipments), all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
10. Site Use and Content
All content on the Site—including text, images, designs, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or reproduce Site content without our written permission.
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage our systems or reputation.
11. No Warranty
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or any products purchased, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You acknowledge that:
Wearing jewelry can cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, or other personal effects, depending on individual sensitivities.
We are not responsible for any adverse effects, damage, or injury that may occur from using or wearing our products.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
We are not responsible for any damage to your computer, device, or data resulting from accessing or browsing our Site.
In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products or Site.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or our Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.
You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
The arbitration shall take place in South Carolina, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
This section does not limit your right to bring claims in small claims court, if eligible.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site or purchase of products after changes indicates acceptance.
