This is a highly collectible vintage Trifari molded glass "fruit salad" (tutti frutti) bracelet, designed by Alfred Philippe during the 1930s to 1950s. It features pastel-colored molded glass cabochons—often called "fruit salad" or "tutti frutti" stones—in soft pink, green, and blue.
